We want you to be happy with Fumiq. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
All payments are processed by our online reseller Polar.sh, which is the Merchant of Record for all Fumiq orders. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Through Polar: use the receipt email you received from Polar after your purchase. It contains a link to manage your order, including requesting a refund.
- Contact us directly: send an email to support@fumiq.app with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, and we will process your refund through Polar.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed by Polar and are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day period, license fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under EU consumer protection law. Our 30-day money-back guarantee exceeds this requirement.
